About the Identity Service

The Identity Service of the Velocity Interoperability Network operates the sign-in used across the shared systems of the Velocity Interoperability Network. It records the accounts issued through member organisations, verifies each sign-in, and closes accounts when they are no longer required. The Service does not decide who may hold an account; that decision rests with each member organisation.

The Identity Service was established on 6 September 2026. The sign-in page and the procedures for requesting accounts will be published on this site as they are put in place.
